FRANKLIN MONTGOMERY
Franklin Montgomery has regularly represented clients of national accounting firms and banks in financial planning matters for United States resident and nonresident clients. He has served on numerous not-for-profit association boards including the VZV Foundation and the Naval Officer’s Club Inc.
Mr. Montgomery has been a frequent speaker at various institutions and conferences around the country, including the Committee of Banking Institutions on Taxation, the New York Community Bankers Association, KPMG National Tax Conference, KPMG Partners Meetings and various insurance organizations.
His club affiliations include the Metropolitan Club, the Friar's Club of New York and the Naval Order of the United States, New York Commandery. Mr. Montgomery received his B.A. from Carleton University and his LL.B. from the Osgoode Hall Law School.

Anjelica has been practicing law since 2012. She is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. For over ten years, she specialized in federal criminal defense and federal civil matters, with a focus on legal writing, trial preparation, and appeals. She serves as a public arbitrator for FINRA and is an impartial hearing officer for the New York State Education Department. She teaches Business Law & Ethics at Guttman Community College. She is a graduate of New York Law School and St. John's University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Maria joined the firm in 2000 and acts as client liaison for the firm’s family office division. She maintains all of the firm’s client accounts, billing and daily operations, including the oversight, coordination and administration of over a thousand entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and trusts. She brings with her extensive experience and knowledge in corporate governance as well as accounting matters.
